Since founding HealthSpective in 1997, Rabih Suki has led the company with a strong commitment to healthcare quality, compliance, and data integrity. His leadership, experience, and vision have helped shape HealthSpective into a trusted partner for healthcare organizations across the industry.

With both a PhD and a Master of Public Health (MPH), Rabih combines scientific expertise with real world industry experience. Throughout his career, he has focused on helping organizations improve quality standards, maintain regulatory compliance, and strengthen data validation processes in complex healthcare environments.

Under Rabih’s leadership, HealthSpective has supported health plans, pharmacies, and life sciences organizations in areas such as HEDIS Consulting, CMS Medicare Part C & D Data Validation, URAC Accreditation, Risk Adjustment, and Quality Assurance. His approach is centered around delivering reliable solutions that help clients meet evolving regulatory requirements while improving operational performance.
